    This new house was finished in 2011. It is also
    situated on our quiet property, over viewing the green fields and
    the Atlantic to the island of  Sao Jorge.

             Comfortable seating for five along with
            SAT-TV and fireplace

    Bedrooms:
          2 bedrooms with double bed
          1 bedroom with two single beds
          1 bedroom with two bunk beds
             sleeping up to 10 people
         All bedding, towels and linen supplied.

  Kitchen:
          An open plan area with all modern
          appliances for your catering convenience,
          including fridge, stove, microwave and
          dish washing machine

  Bathrooms:
          2 bathrooms including shower, toilet, wash
          basin and cabinets including towels are
          available.

  Veranda:
         A covered veranda, seating 10 is included.

  Outside:
         Ample parking, garden surrounds and a
         barbecue grill to hand.

  Note:
         All units have 230 V AC Electrical current.

The rental for Casa Atlantico will be in 2012 for up to 5 persons:

01.01. - 30.04. => 00,00 €/night

01.06. - 30.06. => 90,00 €/night

01.07. - 31.08. => 100,00 €/night

01.09. - 31.10. => 90,00 €/night

01.11. - 31.12. => 70,00 €/night

Every extra person plus 10,00 €/night.

 

At departure a cleaning fee of 50,00 € is applicable.


Minimum stay is 3 nights.
